ALT. Bellini

This is one of our favourite ways to enjoy a glass of ALT. and it’s an absolute classic!

First invented in Harry’s Bar, Venice in 1934. A simple combination of puréed peach and sparkling wine that has just the right balance of sweetness & acidity with a long lasting mellow peach finish.

This is your non-alcoholic ALT.!

Using a tin of peaches, separate the peaches from the liquid and place them in a small blender, purée them until they are totally smooth.

We like to do this in advance and keep it in the fridge until ready, that way it’s as cold as your bottle of ALT. Sparkling Chardonnay.

When you’re ready to serve, roughly pour 50ml of peach puree into your chilled glass & top up with ALT., making sure you’re gently stirring as you pour.

Ingredients needed:
- ALT. Sparkling Chardonnay
- Tinned white peaches in juice.
