ALT. Blanc de Blancs
40 g blueberries
30 ml grapefruit juice
20 ml sugar syrup
Garnish: 5 basil leaves
- Mix blueberries, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup and basil in a shaker and muddle/squeeze well with a blunt object.
- Add ice cubes and shake well.
- Pour into a cocktail glass
- Top ip with ALT.
Use a basil leaf on top as a garnish.
Sugar brine method:
Boil 2 dl of water together with 2.5 dl of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Cool and store in a sealed bottle in the fridge.
