- 20 ml cherry and thyme syrup*
- ALT. Blanc de Blancs
- Maraschino cherries
- Make the cherry and thyme syrup.
- Put the syrup in a champagne glass.
- Top up with ALT.
*How to make the syrup:
Mix 100g cherries (remove stones and cut in half), 100ml water, 100g sugar and a handful of thyme in a saucepan. Boil until the sugar has dissolved and cool it down. Strain into a container. This keeps well in the fridge for up to a month
